Below you will see some see some of the training programs that we offer. These programs can be customised for each individual depending on time, training experience and your training goals. Before going on any program you will discuss with your trainer what you want to achieve and a decision can be made to the sort of training that will best suit you.


Description: This program will include a mix of CV exercise and resistance training. You will first start by training your core muscles then go onto different stages of training including endurance, hypertrophy, strength and power.


Description: Your will be focusing on speed, reaction, core strength, fitness and body conditioning. The training will come thick and fast so be prepared to work hard but get fantastic results.


Description: This training will teach you how to work your deeper core muscles properly. The benefits of a strong core are vast including protection of your lower spine, posture correction and a stronger and firmer mid section.


Description: This is the latest style of training. It works on the theory of training the body to work better in everyday life. Training the body to lift, pull, twist, bend, squat and step properly. This kind of training will really work on every muscle in the body and train your body to work more effectively.


Description: Train like a trooper with military training. Most of the training will be outside in tough terrain. Expect to train harder than you ever have before. This high intensity training will have you looking and feeling great but be prepared to work for it. (You must be of good fitness for this training )


Description: This program is for ladies who are in any stage of pregnancy or who are getting into training after pregnancy. We have experienced trainers who will advise you and help you through this difficult time. It has been proved that by training through and before your pregnancy you will find it easier to get rid of any excess weight after your birth.


Description: This program is designed for individuals that are returning from injury and may need assistance in what exercises will benefit them most. If you really want to get back into training or have never trained but have an injury then we will be able to help.


Description: If you are a keen in training for any sport then one of our guys will be able to help. Depending on what sport will depend on what sort of training you will be doing. From amateur to professional athlete we will customize a program for you.


Description: This programme will be ideal for anyone new to fitness. If you want to drop those excess pounds then this is the plan for you. We will incorporate a mix of CV and resistance training to help you achieve optimal results for weight loss.


Description: For some people it can sometimes be harder to gain weight than lose it. This programme will predominately be spent in the gym working with heavier weights with fewer repetitions. Nutrition is something that will also be discussed with your trainer. This sort of training will be best for thinner individuals that are looking to build.
