Home Training

If you can’t get to the gym and you haven’t got the motivation to work out on your own then hire either Jack or myself to come around to your house and either do a personalised tailor made class just for you, or get a few friends together and turn it into a group exercise class only from home, and you get to have a laugh with your mates.

Gym Training

We understand that home training is not for everybody. That is why you have the option to be able to train with one of our expert trainers in the gym. We use five gyms around the Surrey area. These are based in Warlingham, Caterham, Purley, Croydon and Mitcham. If you have not used a gym before and may be a little nervous, don’t worry. Very often the gym environment can seem somewhat daunting. With our professional trainers you will be fully supervised to make sure you are training safely and effectively getting the maximum results in the quickest time possible.

Jassmine James – Personal Trainer / Mentor

Jassmine is a co-founder of J&J Fitness and is an experienced personal trainer with specialties working as a hatha yoga and meditation instructor. Jassmine's passion lies in helping her clients reach a deeper sense of wellbeing through a hollistic range of techniques. Her broad skill mix enable's her to tailor her sessions for each individual client.

Jassmine has worked with the likes of Davina Mccall as her personal yoga instructor and has recently finished working as choreographer on Davina's new fitness DVD.

Jassmine's calm and positive demeanour has endeared her to all the clients that she works with. Her have fun whilst getting fit attitude has made her a unique character in the fitness industry.

Jassmine is a strong believer in the power of eating raw food and educates her clients of the fantastic results that can be had from this type of eating. She is very focused on holistic training along with alternative therapies to get the most from her clients.

Jack Cronk - Personal Trainer

Jack is co-founder of J&J Fitness. He is an experienced trainer and teacher that has helped people achieve amazing results. Working closely with clients from all walks of life Jack strongly believes that fitness and lifestyle are the key to a longer, happier life. His skill is motivating his clients to reach their goals. Jack is committed to the philosophy that “Work hard, eat well and stay healthy then your body will thank you for it”

Jack is a qualified Fitness Trainer at the highest possible fitness qualification. He can teach a variety of music based classes and is trained in many forms of fitness training including kettlebells and boxing.

Jack has over 6 years of fitness experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. Working in mainstream gyms and running his own free-lance fitness business Jack has been successful in maintaining his consistent energy and passion to get clients results.
