Fitness weekend in November!
Yes we are back for our second weekend in Oxen Hoath in Hadlow Kent, on the weekend of the 19th of November to the 21st .
We welcome every one at reception between 5.00– 5.30pm.
Health and fitness assessments; 6.30 – 7.30pm.
Group talk at 9.00pm.
Saturday will be full of fun and fitness that everybody can do. The day starts at 7.00am and we finish our last class at 5.30pm so you can imagine what paces we’ll be taking you through. On Sunday it will be more of a chill – out kind of day where there’ll be treatments on offer such as a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. If you are still feeling energetic you can go for a long run and take a high-energy class. So you can relax, train and unwind.

What do the group talk sessions involve?
In the group talk sessions it will be just a time to learn about health and fitness and to pick the brains of our health professionals. If you’re a little shy you can have an individual consultation. So you can feel free to discuss your needs and maybe concerns about your fitness levels and how best to improve your health once you leave the retreat.
Why go on a fitness weekend?
Because it’s fun and it really does kick – start your fitness programme beyond the weekend it strengthens your resolve to improve your fitness levels and you’ll be surprised about what will achieve. Even if you don’t think your fitness levels are high. You have to start somewhere.
What will I need to bring?
You will need plenty of training clothes if you want to take part in plenty of classes. A spare pair of trainers is advised because if you want to go outside for a run you don’t want to dance about in wet and muddy trainers if you’re taking part in the classes indoors.
What deposit is necessary?
We insist on 25% immediately. The weekend itself will cost £300 so that will be £75 deposit and is non refundable. We insist that remainder of the money be paid at least 2 months prior to arrival which will be on the 19th of September. If the balance is not paid by then you will lose your deposit and your place will be made available to someone else.
These prices are subject to change if you need special requirements. And additional treatments, meal preferences and room preferences.
Will there be alcohol on the premises?
On Saturday night the small bar area will be available to purchase any alcohol you may wish to consume. You may also provide your own alcohol at the cost of £3.50 per head per evening.
